🌿 Essential Oil Ritual
To deepen the experience, we’ll work with a grounding, heart-softening blend of vetiver, lavender, and a touch of wild orange — a combination that supports the nervous system in settling, while gently inviting warmth and ease into the body.
The scent becomes an anchor…something the body can recognize and return to long after the meditation ends.
You’ll be guided through a somatic, sensory-based journey that works subtly with the elements of earth and breath — allowing tension to settle and awareness to deepen without force.
As with all Root & Rise journeys, the practice is accessible to both beginners and experienced meditators.
You don’t need to know how to “clear your mind.” You simply need to arrive.

There are moments when art is not created… it is received.
On this afternoon in Moleanos, you are invited into one of those spaces—held not within walls, but under open sky, where earth and air become part of the experience.
The artwork you’ll encounter is channeled by Lieveke, a priestess of Avalon with over 20 years of experience, whose pieces emerge through connection with the unseen—gods, goddesses, angels, and the quiet intelligence of nature itself.
The gathering begins at 2:00 p.m. with a live poetry reading—words that open the doorway, soften the edges, and attune the field around us.
From there, the space becomes a living gallery.
You’ll be free to wander through the artwork, not simply as an observer, but as a participant—feeling into each piece, noticing what resonates, what stirs, what speaks.
Set outdoors on her property, the experience invites you to move slowly, to breathe deeply, and to let the land and the art speak together.
Cava and light hors d’oeuvres will be available, offering a soft place to land, connect, and take it all in.
If a piece calls to you, you’ll have the opportunity to bring it home.

🌹 Spiritual Journey to Dornes (Mary Magdalene)
Some journeys are not about distance, but about remembrance.
This pilgrimage begins as we travel together from Alcobaça toward Dornes—a place where the land feels ancient, quiet, and alive with presence.
From there, we walk a gentle trail to a sacred site long associated with the essence of Mary Magdalene—not only as a figure of history, but as a living frequency of devotion, truth, and feminine presence.
Before arriving, you will be guided through a meditation to open your field and invite this presence in.
At the site, Lieveke—drawing on over 20 years of experience working with subtle energy and channeling—will offer individual messages that meet you where you are and speak to what is ready to be seen or felt.
Afterwards, we return slowly. We share a meal together featuring fresh river fish, grounding the experience through nourishment and connection.
In the afternoon, we take to the water for a boat journey—allowing the body and nervous system to integrate what has been opened.
We return to Alcobaça in the early evening.
A different kind of pilgrimage. One that meets you where you are.
We depart from the Parque Verde in Alcobaça.

Not as a trained artist. Not as someone who “knows how.” But as someone willing to connect… and create.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation designed to help you tune into the essence of a great painter—whether it’s the emotional depth of Vincent van Gogh, the quiet mastery of Rembrandt, the bold expression of Pablo Picasso, or another energy that resonates with you.
Guided by Lieveke, a Priestess of Avalon with over 20 years of experience working through art and channeling, you’ll explore what it feels like to step into a different way of seeing— to feel color, follow impulse, and allow emotion to guide the brush.
From there, you’ll be guided into creating your own painting. No pressure. No perfection. Just movement, texture, and whatever wants to emerge. This is not about getting it right. It’s about allowing something real to come through you.

Rising from the river, the castle holds a long lineage of devotion, structure, and inner clarity—echoes of the Knights Templar who shaped this land.
On this day, we travel together to this sacred site, crossing the water to the island and exploring the castle and its surroundings.
Within this space, we will be guided into connection with Templar energy—not only as history, but as a quality within ourselves: steadiness, truth, and inner alignment.
Through Lieveke’s embodied channeling—drawing on over 20 years of experience—a message will be offered, gentle and direct, and attuned to each participant.
