Amrita Yoga

Amrita Yoga combines slow Vinyasa yoga with Ayurveda, neuroscience, yoga philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness.

Amrita Yoga is practiced in harmony with nature’s rhythms. Drawing from Ayurveda, it emphasizes that yoga should adapt to the changing seasons, time of day, and phases of life. To align with these natural cycles, Amrita Yoga shifts its focus seasonally to support balance and well-being.

All classes are designed to meet each student where they are right now. Melissa adapts the classes to the students to make sure everyone finds their zen.

The morning classes are more dynamic, and designed to energize, cleanse, and build vitality, stamina, strength, and resilience.
