Why Meditate?

Class format
We offer two ways to learn meditation. We have a monthly guided meditation class at our studio in Alcobaça, Portugal. We also offer 6-week series of themed classes, such as “Meditation 101”, or “Adapting to Culture Shock.” These series of classes build on each other and are designed to help you begin or refresh your home meditation practice. With our guided meditations (in both Portuguese and English) and the power of aromatherapy, you can unlock the full potential of your meditation practice, fostering inner harmony and well-being.
